Capture The Balls (10 mins)
Organization
20 x 30 yard Split players into 4 equal teams and position them at the corners. Place the soccer balls in the middle. Players go ONE AT A TIME from each team to get a soccer ball (Pick it up) from the middle and bring it back to their corner. Once they're all gone, they can steal from their 2 neighbors.
Progressions
Dribble instead of carry ball.

Angry Birds (10 mins)
Organization
20 x 30 yard area. 2 "Angry birds" have a ball each and try to tag players. All other players try to run away from Angry Birds. 2 other soccer balls are in play, if a players has a soccer, they can't be tagged by Angry Bird. Try to give the soccer ball to the player who is being chased by angry bird.
Coaching Points
"Angry Birds", keep ball close.
Players, keep head up to evade Birds, ask for ball when "under pressure"

Combat (10 mins)
Organization
20 x 30 yard area. Split into 2 teams. Coach rolls ball into middle, call out a number, that's how many players run out and compete to score, either 1 v 1, 2 v 2, or 3 v 3
