Instructions: Team in possession look to score goals. Defending team try to win the ball and score in the transition goals. Only the neutral player is permitted to move between zones. Progress to challenge movement by limiting Neutral player to two touches.

Organization: Number of players 9. Intensity should be high. 2 minutes per game. Dimension 24x18m. 3 teams of 3 players.
Instructions: The objective for the team in possession is to hit one of three players on the running team on the lower limbs to score points. If the defending team win the ball they attempt to hit one of three players on the running team on the lower limbs to score points. Each team will spend two minutes as the running team. The team with the most points after six minutes of play wins the game.
