Technical Warm Up (30-40min)

Passing in 3's or 4's 20yds apart (Brazilians, stretch) 10min

Agility set up with ball in stations (dribbling and footwork) 10min

Dutch triangles or shooting exercises (10min)

Crossing and finishing

Players in white receive the ball from GK/CB must play into players in red (Mids/fwds) for combination play. Get to the endline and cross. Add defenders as necessary to display and explain defensive principles
