- 4v4 or similar in area with each team having 2 target players going N-S, E-W
- 4 neutral players on sideline, if needed
Instructions: - possession play first
- first to 21 passes wins game
Coaching Points: - movement off the ball to open up passing windows to penetrate
- looking to penetrate first (highest player)
- Forcing play (possess or penetrate?)
- create gaps to penetrate by moving ball quickly
when to penetrate?
Progressions: - player passing ball to target switches with that target player
- add smalls goals on endlines, must have a penetrating pass to target player before team can score
