Set Up
Multiple areas (24x18 yards) split into 6 yard boxes. One player to each box.
Rules and Conditions
Players are not allowed to leave their box. Rows of players can move the ball along the row and must penetrate defensive (middle) line to find their other team in the opposite row. Defenders to try and force the ball out or intercept pass. If they win it they swap places with the outer team.
Progressions
Remove boundaries of the boxes so players can move anywhere within their channel.

Set Up
Half field Practice. Goal in penalty area and on half way line (with cones). Small wide goals .
Rules and Conditions
Defending team to protect their goal with a back three, 2 CM's and 2 Wing Backs. Defending team to try and win the ball and score in either of the three goals on the half way line. Attacking team to try and score.
Progressions
Situation based game for 5 minutes.

Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanic.
