Multidirectional Speed

1. Players Jump laterall right

2. Sprint forward and decelerate when they reach the 2nd hurdle.

3. Jump laterally left.

4. Sprint forward and decelerate when they reach the 3rd hurdle.

5.Jump laterally right.

6. Players then keep the ball in the air towards the cone

7.Dribble the ball back.

8.Jog back and join line.

-Soft Landing on impact

-Ensure players are sprinting maximally in between hurdle jumps.
