Three 20x10 grids
Coaching stick in the middle of each grid
4 players minimum per grid
Instructions
Start at A. A passes to B once B has moved from in front the coaching stick to a wide position on either side at an angle, when B recieves they pass to C then dribbles back and scores on the goal. A rotates to B rotates to C to A. B can begin movement once C has dribbles past the coaching stick.
Coaching Points

Take the ball on the back foot
Distance/Direction of the touch
Drive straight forward before making move
Big touches on exit from move
Progressions:
P- C score in a big goal after corssing end line where A stood

Instructions:
Same as previous except now a defender is stood at the end of the grid opposite of the ball as pictured. The defender is to apply pressure after the ball has been passed blocking the lane, they are not staeal the ball but simplay stand in the way of a pass being made to the player in 3rd line. Rotate A to B to C to D.

Instructions:
Same as previous activiy except now B(Blue) defends C after they pass to their feet.
C's objective is to cross the end line via dribble where A is stood then score a goal. B's objective is to cross the endline where C was stood. If B steals the ball they can counter to cross the line that A is stood on then they can go to goal.(As pictured in the middle channel)

Instructions:
Play 3v3, when in the ball goes out in results in a pass in. No corners, begin with ball from the back next to goal. After goal is scored, defending players must touch cones in the corner of the field before applying pressure again. Re-starts must alwaus being with pass not dribble. Keep score, play 4 minute games.

Warm-Up (15 mins)
Organization:
24x18 box with Five 2x2x1 Trapezoids
Instructions:
A begins by running with the ball in their hands in the area but cannot goes inside the triangles marked.
If players B is open and in the trapezoid making eye contact with player A then A can roll(pass) through one of the sides to player B.
B must the exit through the opposite side than the ball entered with their feet then pick up the ball after they exited.
A then replaces B in the trapezoid.
Coaching Points:
On toes to recieve
Eye contact with passer
Receive with back foot, ankle-locked and toe up
Distance of touch to get out to lift head up
Progressions:
P- Use foot to pass into trapezoid
P- 1 point every time your pass goes into trapezoid
P- Bonus point if that pass goes to their back foot
P- 1 point for everytime your first touch leaves the trapezoid
P- Take touch through small width of trapezoid in front rather than to oppsite side ball came in, still using back foot to recieve
