Second progression is played through last pole straight away
Third progression could be player 1 makes decision on whether player 2 bounces or plays through by calling either 'bounce' or 'through' / 'hold it' etc - player can decide what to say to help 2 make the decision best
Can also add in scoring system to make competitive between both groups
