Instructions:
Player passes the ball to the attacker who now plays 1v1. He first tries to dribble into the zone to beat the defender. When he reaches the zone, the play continues and he now tries to score on the mini goals.
If the defender wins the ball he can always score on the 2 mini goals.
Rotate clockwise after each play.
Coaching Points:
1. First touch fwd 2. Attack the defender with speed 3. timing of the move 4. acceleration into space 5. Maintain control over the ball.

(the 2nd attacker cannot score, but needs to combine with the 1st attacker for him to score).

Instructions:
Attacker is trying to beat the defender and dribble through the gate before connecting a pass to the other attacker. If the defender wins the ball he needs to connect to any other attacker in order to switch. Then the attacker/defender switch. If the defender kicks the ball out of bounds he stays defender.
Coaching Points:
1. Maintain close control over the ball 2. rec. open space 3. Use of skills/moves and accelerate into space 4. Head up while dribbling to connect the pass.
