Set Up:
-as previous
Exercise:
-Same as previous with 3 taking the ball into the area and shooting on the run.
Note:
-Place a player to be a defender to press the shooter.
Key Points:
-Touch to take ball into the area
-Pick corner to finish in.
-Finish quickly.

Time: 10 Minutes
Set Up:
-Same as previous but with an additional station 4.
Exercise:
-Pass 1-2-3.
-3 then plays the ball for 1 to move onto and cross.
-All other players move into the box.
-Play for 5 minutes then switch to the left.
Key Points:
-Players movement at angles.
-Players to meet the cross to score.

Time: 20 Minutes
Set Up:
-Approx 60x40 grid with an 18 yard box marked.
-Split players into 2 groups attackers (red) and defenders (blue).
-Spare players waiting outside grid and rotate.
Exercise:
-Blue MC feeds ball to attackers.
-Blue look to attack the goal with the defenders looking to stop them.
-If red stop them they can score quickly into one of the mini goals.
-Rotate resting players on each play.
Note:
-Attackers can be offside.
Key Points:
-Attackers movement .
-Taking chances early.
-Be clinical in front of goal.

Set Up:
-2 teams on a half pitch.
-Red: 4-2-3
-Blue: 3-2-3-1
Exercise:
-Play game via 11v11 rules rotating spare players every 8 minutes.
Key Points:
-Focus on the can the players take their efforts on goal.

Time: 10 Minutes
Set Up:
-3 stations outside 18 yard box (mark with cones on 3G each side) and set up twice.
-Split players into 2 groups with a GK in each goal.
-Places players on each cone with excess at 1.
Exercise:
-1 plays a pass to 2 and then to 3.
-3 takes as touch of their feet and then shoots for goal.
-Players rotate positions and 3 retrieves the ball and takes back to 1.
-Play for 5 minutes then change angle so shooter attacks from the left hand side.
Note:
-Players start behind the cones and make angles for the pass.
Key Points:
-Touch out of the shooters feet.
-Head over the ball.
-Strike clean through with the instep.
