Organization;
- Half the players will have a ball outside the area, while half the players will be inside the area.- Players with the ball will be the passer while players in the middle will be receivers.
- Players will do a fundamentals exercise, paired with a physical literacy activity. After they receive the ball and make a pass they complete their physical literacy exercise through the center square and to another passer.
- 2 minute per exercise, complete 2 exercises and switch passers and receivers.
Progressions;
1. Pass with the inside/high knees.
2. Pass with laces/butt kicks.
3. Inside foot volley/hop on one foot.
4. Laces volley/hop on two feet.
5. Thigh, inside pass/skip.
* You can pair any fundamental skill with any physical literacy activity. I always like to start with the ball on the ground and move up towards their head.

Organization;
- Player A passes to player B who turns with the ball and passes to player C. They then receive a pass from player C and turn to pass to player A.
- 2 minutes then switch.
Coaching Points;
- Shoulder check (1-2 checks).
- Come to the ball, don't wait.
- Receive with the back foot.
Progressions;
1. 2 touch - 1 to turn, then pass.
2. Let the ball roll across your body and 1 touch pass (Two Passers - focus on weight of pass)
3. Let the ball roll between your legs and 1 touch pass (Two Passers - focus on weight of pass)

5v5 game with goalies in a 20x30 yard area.

Organization;
- Each player with a ball.
- Set up a 20 x 20 grid or modify depending on numbers of players.
- Ensure the space forces players to play close enough to one another to ensure decision making while moving in the space.
- Have players start with various dribbling techniques:

- Rolling ball with the sole of the foot
