Organization:
- Players split into three groups
- 3 Pugg goals, 9-11 players in total. Add another goal if more.
Instructions:
- Player B plays to player A who creates an angle and lays off to player B to shoot first time
- Players A gets player B ball and joins the end of the line and player B takes the position of A.
Coaching Points:
- Head up to observe position of pugg goal.
- Knee over the ball
- 2nd knuckle of big toe
- Non-kicking foot placed next to the ball
- Follow through
Progressions:
Individual competition to see who can score most goals using both right and left foot.

Organization:
- 6 or 8 players
- Coach with the balls
Instructions:
- Player A passes to player B who shoots at full size goal.
- Player B goes and gets the ball and becomes player A
- If player A intercepts the ball they can transition score by passing into the pugg goals.
Coaching Points:
- Observe the target and positioning of goalkeeper/defender
- Good first touch out feet
- Shoot early to avoid confrontation with defender
- Be decisive
- 2nd knuckle of big toe
- Follow through with kicking foot

- They are aiming to shoot it accurately through the gates to one another
