Shooting

Objective: Warming Up. Shooting target.
Area:35x20 yards
Equipment: 20 cones, ball each.
Time: 15 mins
Organisation:
Players line up behind their goal.
Each team will have 1 player out trying to hit the cone down by shooting within their zone.
Variation
Coach will put a ball in the middle. He will blow the whistle and 1 player to come out and challenge for the ball and bring it back. Once he is back, he get the chance to shoot.

Objective: Improve finishing from a dribble.
Area: 20x10 yards
Equipment: 4 cones, 1 goals, aball each. per group
Time: 20 mins
Organisation:
Players start dribbling from the left and weave in and out of the cone. He set up for a shot on the last cone.
Coaching Point
Make sure you lay the ball diagonally to you before you shoot.
Focus on the goal.
Keep body over the ball.
Alternate inside foot and instep

Time: 20 mins
Organisation:
Players start dribbling to the gate. He have to take on the defender before scoring into the goal..
Coaching Point

Keep body over the ball.
Fast and accurate finishing.

Objective: 4v4 game
Area: 30x20
Equipment: 4 cones, 2 goals. bibs
Time: 30 mins
Organisation:
2 team of 4 players.
Free play and quick finishing.
A maximum of 5 passes within the team, including those with extra players on the outside who can play 1 touch only.
1 point is scored per goal and 3 points for every goal scored from passes from the sides.
Rotate every 2 minutes
Coaching Point
Pass and shoot with inside of the footb, low with lef tor right foot.
Keep head up to look at players and goal.
Variation:
A goals scored before 3 passes worth 2 points but must at least one pass must be made.
