Warm up

90 secs work 30 secs rest x 3

1 ball each. 4 players on a corner cone. 1 player in the middle who has to dribble his ball around his cone in circles. Your ball can not be still for more than 2 seconds during the whole drill otheriwse you become the middle man. You can creep half way with your ball to attempt a switch but once your over half way you can not return to your corner.

To score a point you must dribble your ball to a different corner without the middle man taking a corner.

Only one player can occupy a corner and its the player who is first their under control. If you lose a corner you become the middle man. One point every time you switch corners.
