Team in possession aim to get the ball from one target player to the other
Target players can pass straight through to each other, under head-height
One team in continuous possession for 2 minutes before changing

Team select an area they want to win possession in (Wide areas/Central area/Attacking Third)
Opposition aren't to be told what area has been selected, to keep as realistic as possible
Reward team with a point everytime they regain possession in selected area
