Hurdle
Aim
To have the GK making quick but controlled movements in order to get into the correct position as quickly as possible
Instructions
The GK will move his way through 3 large hurdles and then move forward in order to set in-line for the shot.
The coach is to ensure that the GK is moving at speed and in the correct position

Movement
Aim
To have the GK making fast but positive movements in order to be set for an incoming shot
Instructions
The GK will start facing ball A, on command of 1, 2 or 3, he will move quickly across the goal, around the post (always facing the nominted ball) and move out in order to be in-line with that ball for the shot.

Movement
2 shots from the side and then a movement back into the middle for a 2nd shot and then back to the side for a shot from the unused ball
