Phase Play with AM's and 2 CF's
The ball starts with the 2 AM's who try to pass the ball into the 2 CF's who then try to break the last line and go to goal. 1 of the AM's can join in with the 2 CF's.
If they win the ball, the defending team can use the 2 target players and try to score in the small goals.
Progressions:
1. Defenders can't drop into last zone
2. Defending player in 1st zone can drop after pass
3. Defending group can drop behind the last line
