Dynamic Stretches
1. Legs apart, bounce L, C, R (5x) 2. Calves 1, 2, 3 switch (2x each leg) 3. Knee to chest into Figure 4 with footwork in between (2x each) 4. Quad strech with footwork in between (2x each) 5. Speed skater with footwork in between (2x each) 6. Spiderman/Rollback (4x each) 7. Reverse RDL + Reverse lunge + Overhead reach (4x each) 8. Open/Close the Gate (4x each) 9. Lateral lunge (2x each) 10. Squat Jumps (4x each)

Objective: work on patterns for breaking pressure in a 3-1 formation.
Set-Up: 3 lines of players fix, right ala, left ala.
Instructions: Pass 1 from fix to ala, fix then follows pass and screens defender (cone), ala dribbles toward fix line and then passes to next fix in line. Follow pass into line.
Variations: (1) fix passes the ball but runs to opposite line. (2) fix passes the ball and runs middle then to opposite line.
Coaching Points: (1) quality of passes, (2) explosive movements without the ball, (3) receiving with the sole.

Objective: to learn how to build up from the goalkeeper in 1-3-1 formation.
Organization: full court one team with 5 and the other with 4 including goalkeeper OR 3 and small counter goals.
Instructions: ball starts with goalkeeper clearance or with gk. Team of 5 tries to build up and score. Opposing team tries to win the ball and counter attack.
Variations: let the counter attacking team start with the ball. They can go 3v1 against the Pivo.

Objective: to learn the full game of futsal and work on a 1-3-1 formation and emphasize theme of the training session.

Objective: to activate the players mentally and physically.
Organization: Goals set-up on court. Training vest and balls ready.
Instructions: as players arrive at training they are placed on teams.
Coaching Points: this is a time for the players to just play. Coaches should keep things organized, help players get on teams, make small adjustments, but for the most part let the players play.
