  • Passing and Receiving using the inside push pass to a teammate

Where:

  • Any Area of the field - specifically the middle third

Who:

When:

    • First attacker passes to second attacker to avoid losing the ball from the defender applying pressure
    • Second or third attacker is open and in a better position to advance the attack closer to opponents goal
    • In order to move the ball to another area of the field to create an opportunity to score

  • When the defender is applying pressure and attacker is unable to dribble but can recognize a teammate that is in a better position in order to not lose possession of the ball
