short pass long pass: 10 mins
1.dribble up to a player and play a 1-2
2.play a long pass to another team mate who then takes over.
3.find an empty space to stand
have 2 or 3 on the go at once. encourage calling.

first touch and control - 5-10 minutes

player outside throws them the ball
they control and pass back
move on and repeat.
vary the ways of passing back, chest control knees, vollys back right foot left foot, headers
