Wide Goal Game with Gates
Coach controls rhythm and delivers the ball to trigger action. Red 1 attacks and Blue 1 defends. Players can score in either goal but must first unlock the goal by dribbling through the gate in front of the goal. Multiple 1v1s should be happening at once. Coach manages the pace so everyone gets a run, a brief rest, and then another run.
Players should use change of direction moves to create space to get throught the gates. Players should shield on the run to control the space around the ball and seal off the defender so a shot is not blocked.
Game can also be played 2v2 or 3v3 where players must pass or dribble through gate to open goal. Can also be played with big goals and goalkeepers.
