Organization:
1. Two goals off set as seen above.
2. Two lines 12 yards from the center. 24 yards from each other.
3. Each player with a ball.
4. Distance of goals based on players shooting range.
Instructions:
1. Inside outside touches to orange cone (defender). Skill move to beat defender (scissors).
2. Skill move should set up the next touch, shot.
3. Work one foot at a time then change feet and directions.
Coaching Points:
1. Timing of the scissors to set up the shot. (Too close to the cone= perform move earlier)
2. First touch after the skill move sets up the shot at a diagonally forward angle.
Progressions:
1. Change Move.
2. Change touches.

2. Attacker's first touch inside sets up the shot.

1. Timing and direction of the pass to set up the shot.
2. First touch of receiving player should be infield to setup the far post shot.
Progressions:
1. Ouside of the foot shot.
2. Change touches.

1. 3v3 One team defending large goal with goalkeeper. One team defending mini goals.
2. Shooting line restriction for large goal.
Instructions:
1. Play to halves and switch sides.

2. Can you create the space to score quickly.

Technical Warm Up (20 mins)
Organization:
1. 20x10 yard channel.
2. One channel per three players.
3. One ball per group of three.
Instructions:
1. Inside outside touches to th middle. U-turn, pass to next player. Backpedal to the end. Jog to the back of the line.
2. Right foot for 90 seconds. Left foot for 90 seconds.
Coaching Points:
1. Inside outside- ball should be moving diagonally forward not straight.
2. Can U-turn roll in the direction you're passing.
3. Bend the knees on the backpedal. Short quick steps.
Progressions:
1. Add two cones as defender's feet. to move around.
