Organization:
Instructions:
1) RED (dribbler) has to evade BLUE (defender) and not allow them to touch the ball
2) If BLUE touches the ball then dribbler and defender switch roles
Progression: ADD 2 more defenders which will increase the pressure

Instructions: Each player in there respective cirlcles along with ball
When coach puts up ORANGE CONE = players must leave their ball inside there circle and navigate themselves backwards towards the opposite circle without the ball
When coach puts up BLUE CONE = players must then navigate there way to the opposite cirlce with ball weaving through traffic
Coaching Points:
1. Dribbling Technique (inside, outside, sole)
2. Head-up & eyes on surroundings
3. Balance
Progressions:
1. Players now stay in there circle. When coach puts up ORANGE CONE = 1 player from each group will now have to run over the opposite circle and have 45 seconds to kick each players ball out of the circle before the opposite team defender does.

Instructions: Partners A & B must pass through the sequnce of zig zagged cones as shown on the diagram
1) A pass to B, then A makes inside cut to the next open cone
2) B pass to A, then B makes inside cut to the next open cone
After going through the whole sequence then A & B then go 2 v 0 against the goalie
Progressions:
1. Add C (defender) to when A & B are done with the sequence creating 2v1
2. Add D (defender to when A & B are done with the sequence creating 2v2
(If defenders win the ball they can score on the pug goal)

3. Movement off the ball
4. Awareness of when to dribble/when to pass in 2v1/2v2 situations (Take players on 1v1 whenever possible).

Instructions: Player A and C dribble simeoultaneously toward the yellow cone, practice a move/feint, and pass into player's B and D respectively. Players B and D then dribble toward cones A and C, making sure not to run into one another. Sequence begins again.
Coaching Points:
1. Dribbling Technique (inside, outside, sole)
2. Agility and Balance
3. Ball in proximity (small touches in tight space; big, explosive touches in space)
Progressions:
1. Variation in move/feint
2. Variation in organization (B and D now pass to A and C, A dribble to D, D dribble to C, etc.)

Instructions:
1) A goes 1 v 0 towards goal then shot
2) B then dribble out and now its 1 v 1 coming down
3) Second A comes out now its 2 v 1 towards goal
4) Second B comes out now its 2 v 2 coming down
Continue Sequence til 3 v 3 (or whatever number works for the group) and then stop and restart again

Instructions:
Players dribble their ball using all parts of the foot
Additionally, add ball control segment:
Half the players with a ball moving around the space, half the players without.
Players with a ball meet up with a player without and serve into them:
1. Ball tossed into feet, returned with the instep.
2. Ball tossed into feet, returned with laces.
3. Ball tossed into thighs, controlled and passed back.
4. Ball tossed into chest, controlled and passed back.
5. Ball tossed to head, headed back.
