1v1 to Goal Transition Game
The first person in line A dribbles forward and attempts to finish a 1 on 1 oportunity against the goal keeper. As they strike the ball a player from line B attacks the other goal and the player that just took the shot from line A must drop back and defend the player coming on the field.
If the player in line A can recover, win the ball back, and score a second goal the goal is worth double and the game continues.
Coaching Points:
-Recover quickly
-Take away the attackers angle show them away from goal
-Anticipate to block the shot
-Transition mentally as well as physically.

3v3 Transition Game
It is the same game as phase 2, but 3 v e rather than 1v1. There will be less goals as there are more defenders so make sure that after any shot regardless of weather or not it is a goal the next group of 3 comes on to emphasize the transition portion of the drill.
Coaching Points:
-Recover quickly
-Recover as a unit, as to not go numbers down
- Stay compact as a unit and show the attackers away from goal.
