- defender wins ball then switches out with players that lost possession
Coaching Points/Questions: - speed of play

Organization: - (30x20) area
- two small goals
- three teams
- resting team as neutrals, 2 touch max, can score
- play games to 4 or 3min, winner stays
Instructions: - 2v2+4 transition game
- players become defense after scoring or if ball goes over opponents endline
- new attackers come on after ball goes over their defending endline
- if ball goes out on sideline, players check back to own team to receive new ball
Coaching Points: - fast speed of play
- creating passing angles with good forward movement
- support player after pass into neutral for second ball

Regressions: - take away neutrals play 3v3 transition
