ORGANISATION :- Area dependant of age and numbers, area to be split into two with two teams in each half plus a plr on central line and a plr on each end line one ball in play at a time, coach to act as server.
PRACTICE :- Plrs to pass a given number of passes and on reaching given number they pass to central plr who passes through to blue team and practice is mirror imaged,on end plr on line (a) playing pass one this triggers two blues plrs to enter area and try to stop the reds achieving given numbers of passes and stopping them gaining succsess, blues must involve plr at end line (b) then reach given number of passes.
