Organization:

  • players on both sides of both posts 
  • 2 players crossing on each side 

Instructions:

  • 2 runners from one side go in to finish the cross, then runners from opposite side can start their runs to finish on the other side 
  • repeat until we run out of balls (switch crossers)

  • 3v3 + 2Gks
  • 2 players crossing 

Instructions:

  • Red attacks goal 1, blue attacks goal 2 
  • If any player scores they are immediately out 
  • the goal is for all of the players on your team to score, once all players from one team scored, that team wins 
  • Crossers will be serving balls on each side continually until one team wins

  • goals can only be scored from a cross on the final 3rd 
  • neutral player on defensive 3rd building up cannot cross, he can only possess
