Triangle Turning (20 mins)

Turning when pressure arises.

Organization

10yrd trianle. with one defender (blue) and two dribblers (pink)

Pink dribbles out to their assigned corner and completes a turn (inside, outside, step over, croyff) when defense comes close.

Play for time.

Coaching Points:

Touch on turn.

Turn with 1 touch

Proper foot on way out to cone.

EXPLOSION after turn.

Alterations:

Allow defense to steal the ball.

Lateral Goal (20 mins)

Lateral Goals

Organization:

30x30 grid with 4 mini goals on each of the corners.

Defense (pink) distributes the ball to the offense (red) who then attempts to score in either goal to the left of right of them. After defense distributes the ball, follow and become defender.

Play for time, switch O to D.

4 Back to Back (20 mins)

4 back to back goals

Organization:

30x30 grid with 4 mini goals in the middle, back to back.

Defense (red) distributes the ball to the offense (pink) who then attempts to score in either goal of the four goals. After defense distributes the ball, follow and become defender.

Play for time, switch O to D.
