Technical Aspect - 15 mins (Switching Play)

3 teams of equal amount with 1 ball per group.

Teams must move ball around with 1 member of each time in each box. Once pass the ball players most move into new area.

Progress onto:

3 team possesion game with same consept.

Playing through units - Focus on possesion and switching play quickly (30mins)

Blue team: 2-3-3

Yellow Team: 3-3-2

Blue team looking to play from the back into MD and into ST

1 midfield player can make run into final 3rd (3rd man run)

Yellows look to defend and score on counter attack.

Coaching Points:

Controlled possesion and forward passes into wide channel.

Switch play when penetrating

3rd man from MD

Link up play between MD and ST
