Organization:
- 2v1
- 2 x (20x15) areas
- as shown
Instructions:
- 3 (defender) initiates by passing to either 1 or 2 and immediately closes space to defend.
- 1 and 2 attack 2v1 and score a point by dribbling across opposite endline.
- Defender can win possession and dribble across attacker's endline for a pt.
- Rotate positions 1 - 2 - 3
Coaching Points/Questions:
- 1st and 2nd attacker: Head up to spot teammate, defender and space.
- 1st attacker: Do I dribble or pass?
- Proper technique for push pass
- 2nd attacker: Where can I move to create passing option for my teammate?
- Proper technique for receiving (scan before receiving, touch/turn into space toward next pass)
Regressions/Progressions:
- P1 - 2nd defender
- R1 - defender goes semi-opposed

Organization:
- Same as before, now combine fields to go 4v2.
- Puggs just beyond touchline.
Instructions:
- Ball starts with 1 red who plays to any blue.
- Blue goes 4v2 to red puggs for a point.
- Red defends and can win possession and counter to blue puggs for a point.
- 10 seconds to get to goal.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- 1st and 2nd attacker(s): Head up to spot teammates, defenders, and space.
- 1st attacker: Do I dribble or pass?
- Proper technique for push pass
- 2nd attacker(s): Where can I move to create passing option for my teammate?

Intro. (10 mins)
Organization:
- Large area(20x30) with small (5x5) square in the center
Instructions:
- Players paired in 2 person teams, half inside square with soccer balls.
- Other half around outside without soccer balls
- Inside group dribbles out of square and passes to teammate, who returns pass.
- Inside teammate receives, turns, and dribbles through inside square.
- Outside teammate moves to new supporting position and repeats.
- 1 pt. for each pass received by inside teammate.
- 1 min, then switch
