Normally half pitch.
On the whistle each player is timed through the agility sections until he reaches the end. The winner is the player with the lowest time. 1 second penalty for missing a hurdle, rung, pole or 2 second per cone when dribbling.
Great fun and this is done every week and players times are recorded.
