- 4 players inside the area 2v2, there are 2 gates in which they can score. There is also an option for a bounce pass.
Technical Pointers:
- Plenty of movement to create passing options.
- Bounce pass out to eliminate players and create goal scoring opportunities.
- Don't keep hold of the ball and pass quickly.

Essence:
- Attacking down the different channels with an emphasis on numerical advantage and disadvantage for both attackers and defenders.
Structure:
- Player A starts with the ball
- Coach shouts 2v1, 3v2 etc and what channel. Ball gets played out wide and they begin the attack.
Technical Pointers:
- Make sure that when the pass is made that the players not directly involved with the pass or the ball, run ahead and get into passing positions.
- Defensively, the players should recognize where the play is heading and hold it up. Attempt to create 2v1s and don't let clear goal scoring opportunities occur, make it difficult.
Variation:
- Put the attacking players higher up.

Essence:
- Creating a turnover into an attacking opportunity.
Structure:
- Player starts with the ball in the middle and passes to either blue players.
- Both blue players need to maintain possession, if the attackers get the ball they can attack immediately.
- 2 attackers start out wide with one defender in the middle. There are players on the outside ready to rotate in. Attackers are swapped in after every round with defenders rotating in sets.
Technical Pointers:
- Attackers try to get the ball of the defenders as quick as possible to create more speed on the counter.
- When receiving the ball look to face forward in order to attack the goal.
