SSG ( Out of Possession, Switching Play ) 4 x 3 min Periods
Gk now introduced for BLUE team along with large centrallly positioned goal. Central line removed.
Objective
Working on same principle as before out of possesion
9 v 9 with GK's
Blue team still have to adhere to switching play while attacking RED goal, and MUST achieve 1 switch of play before attacking RED goal. ( Coach determines succesfull switch of play )
Blue Wide players ( 7 & 11 ) are only ones permitted in wide zones, if play is switched they must now cross the ball within 3 secs. ( Coach will now observe and coach RED teams positional play when Blue Wide player crosses ball )
Progression
If BLUE team are achieving success switching play during game minimum number of switches can be retracted to provide realism for RED team to organise when switch of play happens.
BLUE full backs 2&3 can enter wide zone to create 2v1 overload

Force Direction of Play, Defend Narrow, Leave the Furthest Player, Stop the Switch
Set Up
Use Half pitch ( Adjust Dependant on Skill ( Age ) Level ) split into half to measure switch of play
Defending team ( RED ) set up as GK- 4-2-1, Attacking team ( BLUE ) set up as 2-3-1
Play to Start with Attacking Goal keeper at all times
Attacking team must make 2 passes before attempting to switch play
Only 1 Defending Player can Enter Wide Zone Creating 1v1
Objective
Blue team attack Red team with emphasis on switching play
Red team Defend against Blue team and try to prevent the switch of play by, Forcing the direction of play, Defend Narrow, Leave Furthest Player, Stop the Switch
If RED team win ball they attempt to break away and score in 1 of the mini goals
