Goal: Teams look to score in the opposing goal (goals back to back)
Set-up: 32 x 54. 4 players per team. Neutral players on each segment of border.
Rules:
1) Defending team cannot transfer to their own half until ball is played first
2) Attacking team may position players anywhere on the field
3) Outside players on 1 touch cannot transfer the ball
4) Ball is live always
Coaching Points
1) If defending team applies heavy pressure in attacking half, the chance to switch the ball will be much lower and they can turn defensive situations into 7 vs 4 attacking situations
2) Attacking team expand the space by using outside players to help overload and then offer
3) Rotating movement in defensive half before penetrating with early vertical balls
4) Support before the opponent overloads the opposite area!!
5) In 7 vs 4 situation, operate in spaces not occupied by the neutrals

3 team possession: support play (15 mins)
Goal:
Team's take in turns defensively to get the highest time for the other 2 to get to 21 points. 2 teams in possession will try to get to 21 points as quickly as possible
Set-up:
34x28. 3 teams of 4 with a neutral (neutral optional)
Rules:
Unlimited touches for everyone but in order to score a point, a pass must be 1 touch. No other limitations. Time will be recorded until the two teams in posession have achieved 21 points.
Coaching Points:
1) Support the play early to create spacial overloads to get quick points
2) Release pass as pressure arrives to get the next overload
3) Timed defensive pressure from the group to stop more than 2 points scored in a row
