Technique
Objective: Step Over
Area: 20x20 grid.
Equipment 8 markers, 4 cones, 1 ball each, 4 mini goals
Time: 20 mins
Organisation:
All 4 players will move at the same timing. Players will move and attack a defender (cone) in the middle. He will execute the STEPOVER on with RIGHT and push the ball to the RIGHT and accelerate to the end.If players do it synchronise they will not have trouble banging to each other.
Coaching Points:
AWARENESS
- Not too close to defender
- Slow down as you approach.
WHERE TO CONTROL THE BALL
- Keep the ball infront of you
HOW TO CONTROL
- As you approach the defender, slow down
- The right leg goes over the ball from the outside towards inside and cross slightly over the left leg.
- Quickly he uses the same leg to push the ball using the outside foot away from the defender.
- Accelerate on the next touch.

Objective: 1v1 duel
Area: 20x20
Equipment: 2 Goals, 6 markers, supply of balls
Time: 20 mins
Organisation:
15 secs.
Defender will start the play by passing the ball to the attacker.
Attacker to score on any of the 2 goal. Defender job is to win the ball. 1 Point if he win the ball and stop the attacker retrieve the ball for the next 5 seconds.

Area: Full court.
Equipment: Supply of ball
Time: 20 mins
Organisation:
Team will play with end zone. Team in possession can score after they make atleast 2 passes. to the player who stand in the end zone. If a goal is scored, the goalscorer have to take over the target man position.
