Number of Players : 8 Player in 2 group of 4
Area/Field : 25m x 5m Grids
Equipment : Markers, Bibs & Balls,
ORGANIZATION:
2 players in each end zone & 1 receiving player in the middle zones.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Sequence 1
Both set of player will start from the same/opposite end together.
1. Ends zones serving players (No.1) will pass to the middle receiving Player (No.2).
2. Middle player (No.2) will control & return the pass. He will now face the the other end zone player (No.3), to repeat the same.
Coaching Points :
Awareness :
– Head Up with and open body.
Decision Where to control :
- Space & Direction,
- Away from pressure
How to Control :
- Flight & speed of the ball
- Choice of surface (Feet, Thigh, Chest & Head etc).
- Cushion ( Soft or hard touch)

Number of Players : 7 Player ( 5 versus 2 )
Area/Field : 30m x 20m (3 Zones)
Equipment : Markers, Bibs & Balls
ORGANIZATION:
2 Attacker in (10m x 20m) + 1 Defender in (5m x 20m) in each end zone. 1 Receiving player in the middle zones (15m x 20m).
INSTRUCTIONS:
Sequence 1 :
1. Game start with a ball from the goal side.
2. The 2 players will control & pass to the end player.
3. Defender in zone will try to block/disrupt the passing.
4. All player stay in their own zones.
5. Attacker to finish with 2 touch.
The emphasis of this games is on awareness with & without the ball, quality of first touch to control or moving away. Firm pass.
Sequence 2:
After the pass forward, another active defener will be activated.
One of the attacker can support to create a 2v1.
End with scoring.

Area/Field : 40m x 20m (2x 5m end zones)
Equipment : Markers, Bibs & Balls
ORGANIZATION:
4 versus 4 in (30m x 20m) + 2 neutral player on side + 1 player each in the
(5m x 20) end zones.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Game start with a ball from the Coach.
2. Team will play a possession game with the intention of passing to their respective player in the end zones.
3. Player in the end zones upon receiving a pass from his teammate will have to control the ball within the 5m area, before passing it back out.
4. If the player fail to control within the area, the ball will go to the other team, who will try to do the same to his end zone player.
5. No player other can stay in end zones.
6. Number of passes will be the scoring system.
7. End Zone player will be rotated.
The emphasis of this games is on awareness with & without the ball, quality of first touch to control or moving away. Firm pass.
