Crossing and Finishing in 2s
Player 1 passes to player 2 on the ground (treating it like a cm switching to an open wing mid)
Player 2 takes their 1st touch hard up the lin through the gate
Player 1 makes a bellowed run through the gate to the penalty spot
Player 2 bellows their run to get their hips square to make their cross into the box (on the ground)
Player 1 times their run, they should be at the gate when player 2 appraoches the ball for the cross so that they are on the move when the cross happens.
Finish with 1 touch.

Crossing Waves
Set up a smaller pitch depending on age of players. About 40 yards long with a goal on either end. 2 players on either side and half with a bunch of balls. Split the rest of the team into teams of 2.
Game starts with one wing player passing the ball deep to their teammate along the sideline who then crosses to the yellow team who is coming in to score. The 2 Red players behind goal 1 come out to defend the cross. After the cross and attempt at goal, the red team then attacks the blue team at goal 2 as the ball comes from the opposite sideline for the cross.
The same wave continues. If you have more than 6 players going for crosses, make a 4th or even a 5th team. Each team will keep score of their team, first to 3 goals wins. Then rotate the crossers and the attackers/defenders.

3 on 2 continuous
Set up
3 teams, 2 defenders on front of each net and 3 players in the middle. Keepers in the nets or if you don't have enough keepers, use pugs or a small goal made with cones.
Details
3 blue attack 2 red. When the ball crosses half, the red on the side sprints to the middle of the field at the half line, touches the ground and then joins the defense as a recovery defender.
If blue score, they get a point, if not (either red win the ball, shot misses target or shot is saved) the 3 red attack the 2 black and the same happens going the other way. 2 of the 3 blue stay on d and 1 goes to the sideline to become the new recovery defender.
If you have more than 3 teams of 3, simply have the extra players in a cue in the sideline. You can go with as many as you need but this does work best with no more than teams of 5.
