Organization:
1. 30 x 40 Grid or 1/2 field
2. 1 goal with keeper
3. Place plenty of extra balls behind Position A.
Instructions:
ZONE 1 - Passing
1. The first player in Position A begins the drill with a pass to Position B, who lays the ball back in one touch.
2. Player A performs a well weighted accurate pass to Player C.
3. Player C turns with the ball and shoots on goal.
4. Progression is repeated on the other side in the same way.
5. The players from Position 'C' always go back to the opposite 'A' starting position with balls, so they can practice the passes, the movements and the shooting on both sides/feet in turns.
Zone 2 - Movement/Rotation of Players
1. Player A takes Player B's spot and Player B moves up and takes Players C's spot and then C goes to the end of the line.
2. Follow your pass.
Coaches Points:
1. Accuracy and weight of passes are vital
2. Heads up before passing and shooting
3. Create correct supporting angles
4. Use different surfaces of the foot and various techniques to receive the ball
5. Hit the middle of the ball
6. Use both feet to shoot on goal
7. Follow through and land on the shooting foot
Progression:
1. Play 1 touch passing

Organization:

3. Seperate player in to 2 teams
4. Players on the outside has 2 balls
Instructions:
1. Players on the outside toss the ball to the players in the middle:
a) Volleys
b) Headers
c) Chest
d) Thigh traps
e) Combinations of the any 2 above
2. Players in the middle must run through the small grid before receiving a ball from the player on the outside.
3. 1 Touch back to the player tossing the ball.
4. Players should switch after an allocated amount of time (1 - 2 minutes)
5. Get as many touches as possible from as many players as possible in a set amount of time.

1. Focus on 1st touch
2. Body positioning
3. Tempo
4. Effort
