1. 3 laps around field.
Lap 1: Right foot: Inside/Outside
Lap 2: Left Foot: Inside/Outside
Lap 3: Both Feet: Tap Inside to Inside
2. Dynamic warm up
- High knees

3. Rondo
- Keep Space small
- 2 defenders in the middle
- Aiming to connect at least 15 passes

Group will be split into two.
1. Shooting: Steph will lay the ball off, the player will run up and shoot. Each player will get 4 shots each. 2 on each foot.
2. Speed: Kristi will have the players sprint to a certain spot on the whistle.

The keeper plays the ball the either the left or right defender. players must then move into open space, This will allow them to pass the ball up field.
- The offensive team will add a player into the mix everytime the players start at the build out line. Allow players to make decisions for themselves, then add strategies after a few minutes.
- Ensure players understand what they are trying to do.
- Important observation: Ensure that the center Mid is moving with the ball. If the ball is on the right, they should be closer to the right. This will allow triangle passing. Allow the players to try and work this out, then give input.

Entire Group split into 3 groups
1. Pass/move through the triangle. We can have multiple triangles if needed.
Check to make sure that they are talking/ passing with the inside off their foot/ receiving the ball in the direction they are going.
2. Pass/go in a square.
3. Pass/recieve to self, the move around pole/ dribble through cones back.
One person goes, then the next one goes one they start dribbling through the cones.
