Moves of Week skill
Quick dribbling using the Outside of the Foot
In this exercise the players run with the ball pushing it quickly with the outside of the foot only. The exercise helps act of dribbling and changes of direction. Emphasise the extension of the foot with the tip pointing down.
Emphasis
Focus on using both the outside of both feet.
Players staying on their toes
Knees bent
Being in control of the soccer balls and not having players chase the soccer ball

Speed, Moves, 1v1
Purpose
Tom increase 1v1 movws and skill witrh limited pressure or full pressure defending
Set Up
Two teams begin 1v1 play from the same area next to the coach. Attackers can score in any of four smalls goals.
Instruction
Coaches pass begin 1v1 play. Attackers must use 1v1 moves and skill to score in any goal.

Progression
Coaches can pass the ball into different areas of the field to encourage speed and high pressure defending.
Players Tips:
Usde your body to protect the ball form pressure and keep the ball moving while using single or conbination moves. Use speed to get away from defenders before finishing,

Coaches can vary the distance between goals to fit players needs. MAtch up players with equally skilled opponents. Lets players with equally skilled opponents. Lets players switch roles frequently

2v2 or 3v3 free small sided game
Objective
To develop competitive 1v1 play within a team and finishing on goal
Coaches always have plenty of soccer balls on hand to enure high tempo and flow to the game
Emphasis
This is a free game which should stimulate expression, initiative and the creativity of the players
Encourage the players to take each other on and run into space t oscore
The aim is to develop their technique and individual tactical play

Fall ODP Week 10 1st Session (10 mins)
Warm Up
Set up a 20m x 20m gtid, Soccer balls are placed ramdomly within the grid away from players.
Instructions
Players move around within the grid in different ways, jogging,skipping, walking etc.
On the coaches call the players move to one of the free soccer balls and performs 5 repetitions of a ball manipulation skills chosen by the coach IE Toe taps, Inside Bells
