Organization: In the area 40 by 45 m 3 zones. 8v4. Ball must be played to attacking zone through the middle zone to score in the small goal. Strikers cannot score. team formation 3-3-2. when one team finished attack the other team starts attack in the opposite way using the same principles.
Progression: Add extra player to put pressure on back 3 in build up. Restriction on touches.
Coaching Points:
- Movement off the ball;
- Body position;
- Check shoulder;
- Recognizing clues - when to play back, when to turn;
- playing between lines.

Organization: in the area 30 m by 45 m 6v6 game with the goals. 3 zones 15 m width. 2v1 in the defending zone 2v2 in the middle zone and 1v2 in attacking zone. Ball must be played from zone to zone. Add neutral player - play-maker to play on the team in possession.
Progression: 1 player can move from zone to zone in attack.
optional can play 6v6 or 7v7.
3 teams of 6
6 intervals of 3 min 1 minutes rest. Coach on the flow and in the rest time.
Coaching Points:
- work with the play maker to switch the point of the attack;
- work with the defenders to pressure play-maker.

Organization: Full field 3 zones.
3v1 in defensive zone 3v3 in the middle zone
2(1) players supporting behind the goals. will be rotated through the game.
When ball played in attacking zone. 2 midfield players must support striker.
If/when ball played to outside target players they have only one touch to play the ball in.
Coaching Points: timing of the pass;
Support of the transition players;
Getting in between lines to receive the ball.
Technical warm-up part 1 (10 mins)
Organization: In the area 30 m by 15 m 6/7 players playing rotational drill.
2 touch pass- follow the pass;
Pass the ball to turn - follow the pass;
combination play.
Coaching Points:
Accuracy;
Speed;
Checking shoulder;
Communication - turn; man on and etc.
4 intervals 1.5 minutes execution. 0.5 min demonstration and correction.
