Defending freekicks in the shooting zone
2 x teams, 1 x goalkeeper, 2 x mannequins
Set up 2 mannequins to form both ends of a defensive wall.
GK to instruct defenders (D) on where to make the rest of the wall
Attackers (A) can either take a direct freekick or pass to one of their other team mates to have a shot at goal.
Defenders to be aware of where the ball is likely to be passed to if a direct freekick is not taken

2 attackers, 2 defenders(one passive), 1 goalkeeper
Attackers A1 & A2 pass to each other before one breaks with the ball and drawing out defender D1. Bal is now live
Once ball is live, 2nd defender (D2) can join and looks to cover the attacker without the ball.
Objective is to prevent the attackers from getting a shot at goal or scoring
