Organization:
Multiple grids as above. Grids approximately 15x25. Add/remove grids as needed. 1v1+1 to pugg goals.
Instructions:
Players play 1v1+1 games for 90 seconds each then rotate teams/roles. Nuetral players can not score. Players get 1 point for a regular goal, and 3 points if they are able to use the pressure from the front move to beat defender (correct timing).
Coaching Points:
* Awareness of nuetral player
* Ques: When to dribble and when to pass
- Space behind the defender? Drive at them
- Tight pressure or loose pressure?
- Is the give and go on? Drive at defender or commit
- Focus on timing of the pass/move
Progressions:
1) Have players keep track of their goals for small tourny

Organization:
Grid as above approximatly 30x25. Two lines of yellow players in corners, one line of gray (Defenders) players in opposite corner as shown. Balls with line of attackers directly across grid from defenders.
Instructions:
On hand signal from attacker, play is live. Other attacker must make a overlap run on start. Attackers try to score for a goal, defenders try to win the ball back and score for their team. Four minutes to attack for each side. Team with the most goals wins.
Coaching Points:
* Timing of move/pass
* Drive at defender
* Quick overlap and stay onside!
Progressions:
1) If attackers are having success, switch balls to defending line. Defender must push the ball out to attacker then game is live.

Pugg Goals or 2 full sized goals, 2 keepers
Instructions:
3v3 Tournament or 4v4 with one team sitting (winner stays on)

Instructions:
Players dribble in the area after listening to coaches command. Coach will use a variety of touches and different dribbling techniques:
-Inside touches
-Outside touches
-Strong/weak foot touches
- Soll roll touches
- Laces touches
- Stepover touches
- Roll/step combo
Coaching Points:
* Qaulity touches on the ball
* Eyes up after every touch to watch out for other players
* Short 'Messi' touches to keep the ball close, big 'Ronaldo' touches to push the ball into space to go faster
Progressions:
1) Knockout in the same area (players must control their ball while trying to knock other players balls out of the area with poke tackles
2) Have one shark that tries to knock out each ball.
