A passes to B , B receives - turns and passes to C , C dribbles up and shoot.
C has to shoot from the red cones.
Rotation: A become B, B to C , C to A.
Group F1 and F2 are competing

Coaching Points:
1.Creating space – movement away from the ball
2.Checking to the ball (2 moves, 1 for defender, 1 for ball)
3.Timing and quality of pass
4.Decision making once full pressure is added (front foot or back foot)
Progressions:
P1: Add pressure D from the side of B.
If D steal the ball, he can score by stopping the ball on the shade pitch.
P2: Add pressure D from the back of B
f D steal the ball, he can score by stopping the ball on the shade pitch.

2.Coach call out 2 numbers for a scenario of 2v2.
3. 1st number pass to the 2nd and move in the space .
4. 2nd number has a option : given & go or dribble.
5. If defenders steale the ball, they can score .
Coaching Points:
•Angle of approach – off center
•Head up to observe target
•Head down at the point of contact
•Non kicking foot placed to side, slightly behind the ball
•Contact foot – 2nd knuckle of the big toe
•Follow through

Instructions:
Teams score by getting the bal lto their target player in the end zone
The target player must control the ball in the end zone to score the point
Once point is scored the target player must play out to the other team
Target players are not allowed outside the end zone
Defenders are not allowed inside the end zone
If the ball goes out, play is started with a kick in

Instructions:
1. Give 1 number to each player. From 1 to 6.
2. Player 1 pass to player 2, palyer 2 to 3...player 6 to player 1.
3. 2 touches: Receiving : first positive touch according the next player.
4. Create individual space and distance of play before receiving the ball.
5. Competition: How many passes to make in 30 seconds (3-4 times) .

1. Distance between the receiver and the passer.
