One defender inside the channel bule and red.
attacker must get pass the channels without getting the ball taking away from defender you are safe when you pass the red channel then go around the field to get back on line.
next player goes when the first attacker passes the blue channel.

Gates define starting positions
1 ball per attacker( additinal sround the outside)
Instructions:
There are two attacking lanes 20x10 yards.
Attacking plauers attempt to dribble the ball past the two defenders in the attacking lane.
Each defender has 10x10 yard sapce to defend. Defenders are not allowed to tackle outside of this area.
Attacking players rotate to the next line after each attampt.
Rotation defenders at set intervals.
Coaching Points:
Correct tackling technique ( block or poke tackle)
Ankle locked
Body weight forward to again possesion
Progressions:
Increase the size of the area yo 30x15 yards
Allow defenders to recover into second area to tackle and create 1 v 2

Organization:

Instructions:
Each attacking player attempts to keep their ball inside the area for as long as possible.
Defending players attempt to win the balls and pass them outside the area.
If the attacker loses their ball they can re-enter the game at anytime.
A point is scored byt the defender for every ball they win.
Rotate defending players at set time intervals and allow for rest perios in-between.
Eaxh player in the group keeps their own defending score.
Change players withingroups yo challenge every player.
Coaching Points:
Poke tackleusing the front foot (one closet the ball)
Lock the ankle
Weight is on the back foot
Poke the ball at an angle (diagnal)
Progressions:
Increase the size of the area to 20 x 10
Play 2v2 to allow the opportunity for players to souble team.
