Players exchange passes and then striker peels away to have a strike on 2 touches to aid a controled finish

Looking to beat the goalkeeper across his goal.

Progression work quicker combo's with 1st time finish, mix up the service, some volleys, some faster through balls to draw out the goalkeeper.

crossing and finishing15 mins

Progression from the 2nd shooting session is same exchange as indicated between numbers 1 and 2.

But this time as the striker plays pass 2 he makes an over lapping run 3 the server opens up and plays pass 4 to swith play then this time makes a run in the channel 5 to receive the diagonal ball 6. this player who plays the diagonal ball must make a straight run towards the near post at pace to get across the goalkeeper

As the ball is deliverd 8 there are two people on the end of the cross, one making a run across the goalkeeper and the original striker judging the flight of the ball.

We have added servers at either end incase the diagonal swith 6 is over hit as to still encourage the delivery from crosses.
