Organisation
A 30x30 square with a smaller (10x10) square inside.
Players start at least 2 on each corner with 3 in the middle square.
Can use 2 balls, starting on opposite corners.
How to Play
Balls are passed around the outside with the passer following his ball.
3 players in the middle need to support the ball & movement.
The players on the corners can decide to play into the middle at any time.
Middle players combine to pass out and the passer leaves the middle.

8V8 possession (point for every 10 passes if you want to make it competitive).
How to Play
8V4 in the middle with the Blues keeping 4 inside the corners to keep the shape.
4 Yellows on the outside, if theYellows win the ball, pass to an outside player who dribbles into the pitch and the Blues transition to the outside.

Pitch size to suit your players/numbers.
4 strikers in Orange always attack.
Blacks attack Blues and must finish the attack.
Then Blues attack Yellows with Blacks organising their shape.
Yellows then attack Blacks.
All new attacks start from the keeper who was defending.
Progression
Oranges can provide 1st line of defence.
Tactical 1st or 2nd pass must go forward.
Position of 10 and WM with 9 stretching the play.
Must finish the action in under 8 secs.
