Defend a 1on1, recover to goal for a shot
Sequence replicated from games (you won't see this in reverse with the exception of a bobbled save, in which case we are talking about blocking, not 1v1 defending 10+ yards from goal)
*Shooting days can be combined with blocking, reaction saves, 1v1's and multitude of services (volleys, half volleyed, side volleyed, kicks of varying speeds)
