To allow the players to be more comfortable on the soccer ball - using all the surfaces of the foot. Session also aimed at improving players technique for inside cut, outside cut, and roll.

Organization:
- Players go to outside of the court
- Each Player with a ball
- Coach stands at opposite side from players looking to identify players' technique
Instructions:
- Players must dribble messi touches (3 touches forward and 1 touch to stop ball)
- Everytime player stop the ball they must look up to assest what's infront of them then switch dribbling foot and repeat the drill
Coaching Points:
- Players should aim to use their laces/pinky toes to dribble
- every step player MUST take a touch on the ball to reinforce close dribbling
Progressions:
- Introduce dribbling with the inside/outside of the feet
- incorporating boxes/peguins in the dribble
- incorporating inside/outside cuts
- Rolls (with sole of the feet)

Organization:
- Players are divided into two teams
- Each time lines up on opposite sides of the court as shown
- Playing area is the full lenght of the court/turf
Instructions:
- Players must start off running to the cone to their right
- upon reaching cone players must cut/change direction to the cone in the opposite direct
- player repeat pattern until he/she gets to the opposite line.
- player next in line repeats the acitivity
Coaching Points:
- Players must use appropiate technique for sprinting and changing direction;
*Big steps to cover distance, small steps as you get close to turning point
*players must pivot with foot closest to the cone
*open hips in direction of next step
* repeat all bullets.
Progressions:
- Introduce soccer ball
- Make activity a relay race.

Organization:
- Players divided into two or four teams
- teams are placed at opposite ends of the court.
- One team starts with the soccer balls (Defenders)
- Team without the ball - Attackers
Instructions:
- Defenders pass a ball into the attackers
- Attackers should try to go pass defender and score in either goals behind defender
- Goals can only be scored by dribbling (no shot/pass)
- If defenders win the ball they are allowed to do the same
Coaching Points:
- Attackers must attack the ball on the pass from defender
- Attackers dribble at defender with pace for best result
- Attackers must try to use the techniques for inside/outside cuts
- take the defender to one side then quickly cut into the space created in opposite side.
- Defender and Attackers rotate after 2-3 mins
Progressions:
- Attackers have 10-15 secs to score
- increease points for goals scored after correct use of inside/outside cuts

Organization:
- Players divided into two teams/four depending on numbers
- playing area half/full court depending on numbers
- two goals are placed at opposite ends of goal as shown.
Instructions:
- Game is free play.
- teams have to defend two goals
Coaching Points:
- players should be aware of opportunity to change direction and got to next open goal.
Progressions:
- teams have to ddefend goals at opposite ends of the court
- limit number of touches.

- Coach Stands in middle of circle
- each player with a soccer ball
Instructions:
- Coach demonstrates a ball mastery skill and players tries to replicate the skill move or task
-Some skill moves/activities used are;
.claps, counts, toe taps, V-Moves, L-Turn, roll, etc.
Coaching Points:
- Players need to be agile and always on the balls of their feet
- players must clap/count and incorporate all activities that are introduced throughout the progressions
Progressions:
- Players should execute skills with head up looking ahead of themselves and not at the ball
