4 Teams. First player runs with ball to center circle and changes direction 180 degree turn to play 1-2 with next player and finish in the goal. First group to complete wins.
Add in quick footwork on the way to the circle with cones/section with set moves. ie 10 step overs (Red/Orange coned areas)
3/4 rotations.

3 players take part. One wide, players 1 and 3 play 4 quick passes and get the ball wide - join the box and attack the ball at near post (across the front of the defender) and the edge of the box for a cut back for a first touch finish.

Dribbling excercise (20 mins)
Warm up. Player 1 dribbles ball across center circle, at stage when they're ready - stop the ball and run around cone where number 4 is. Blue begins when ball is stopped and attempts to dribble to 'white line' between 2 cones and knock balls off red cones. If successful, collect ball knocked off and place it on a blue cone. Whoever has most at the end of 4 minutes wins.
